Chapter 291
He Never Noticed Me Until I Loved Someone Else novel Chapter 291
Sebastian turned his head, utterly unsurprised to meet Jarrod’s dark, icy glare.
Sebastian’s expression instantly cooled. “What is your problem?”
Jarrod didn’t answer. He simply stared at him with venomous intensity.
His gaze was laced with heavy warning and thick hostility, looking as though he might lunge out of his seat and beat Sebastian to a pulp at any second.
“Sebastian, the movie is starting. Could you please stop talking?”
Chloe naturally sensed the explosive tension between the two men, and she knew exactly why Jarrod had kicked the chair. But she still chose to place the blame on Sebastian, desperately trying to de-escalate the situation.
Sebastian understood what Chloe was trying to do. He furrowed his brows, unwilling to cause a scene with Jarrod in a public place, and decided to let it go.
But the very second he turned back around, Jarrod kicked his chair again, even harder!
It was a blatant provocation!
When Jarrod kicked the first time, Stella had held her tongue and refrained from turning around. But after the second kick, she couldn’t pretend she didn’t notice.
“Jarrod Fuller!”
Unable to suppress his temper any longer, Sebastian twisted around and reached out, trying to grab Jarrod by the collar.
There was a fair amount of distance between the rows, and Jarrod was leaning back, making Sebastian miss his grip.
Although the rest of the audience had their attention fixed on the big screen, a few people sitting nearby began casting curious glances their way.
“Sebastian,” Stella finally spoke up, her voice clear and decisive. “I don’t want to watch this anymore. Let’s leave.”
At her words, the majority of Sebastian’s anger dissipated. He nodded in agreement.
But Jarrod’s expression only darkened further!
